Our Employability Program helps community members access jobs in Portugal through mentoring, advice, workshops, and partnerships that create new opportunities.
Job Support Hub
The Job Support Hub is a drop-in session where Community Members can access the expertise of our volunteer mentors.
We offer advice, information and support as well as tailored job search or skills development resources.

Community Members can sit with a volunteer to discuss their job search journey and get help setting goals and deciding on next steps.

Employability Workshop Series
We offer a core series of workshops to develop community members' job ready skills.
Our workshops are interactive and aim to not only enhance employability, but also to create community for our job seekers.
In addition, we hold partner-led activities aimed at increasing access to opportunities and networks.
