O QUE FAZEMOS

EDUCATION
Learning the language is one of the most important steps to integrating successfully into your Portuguese life.
In our Education Program, we aim to empower our community members by providing them with high-quality, innovative and diverse resources, and learning opportunities that will help them build bridges with Portuguese society, promoting collaboration, equality, inclusion, and personal growth in a way that creates lifelong impact.

A2+ Level Required.
EMPLOYABILITY
Finding a job is essential to establishing financial security and integrating into the local community.
We want you to present your skills and experience clearly so that employers in Portugal will quickly see the value you add. We are here to enhance your chances of being hired by sharing opportunities we become aware of and offering services of CV editing and employment courses.

CV Editing & Needs Assessment
Community Members can book sessions with our dedicated CV Editors for personalized support in reviewing and improving their CVs. After the session, a Needs Assessment is conducted to help us understand each individual's employment readiness and assign them a Hiring Potential Index.
Open Afternoons
Every Wednesday afternoon, our Employability Team welcomes walk-in Community Members at the Lisbon Project office to provide direct support with job-related needs—no appointment necessary.
Workshops
We host interactive group workshops led by specialists on a range of employment-related topics, including CV writing, job interviews, job searching, self-employment, and how to start a business.
Trainings
In collaboration with companies and training providers, we offer technical training programs that lead to certifications and improved job prospects for our Community Members.
Job Preparation Mentorship
One-on-one support is available through our Job Preparation Mentors, who assist with writing cover letters, navigating job search platforms, optimizing LinkedIn profiles, preparing for interviews, and more.
Job Placements
We regularly share job opportunities through our broadcast channel, ensuring our community stays informed of relevant openings. For training programs that include job placements, our team works closely with partner companies to provide ongoing support and follow-up, facilitating smooth integration and long-term success for both Community Members and employers.
