The Lisbon Project is a non-profit organization that exists to build a community that integrates and empowers migrants and refugees. The Lisbon Project is currently seeking a volunteer storyteller to gather the beautiful story of impact at the Lisbon Project.
As a Storyteller Volunteer, your role will be to meet with community members and gather their stories of transformation and impact, helping us shine a light on the positive change we bring to our community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Build relationships within the community, engaging with beneficiaries, volunteers, and supporters to uncover their stories of impact.
Conduct interviews.
Write impactful stories.
Work closely with our team to align stories with our mission and initiatives
Use your stories to raise awareness and increase engagement with our mission and programs.
Requirements
A deep sense of empathy and a desire to connect with community members.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage your schedule for interviews.
Experience in content creation, community engagement, and storytelling.
A commitment to the Lisbon Project values.
Willingness to work on your own computer
Excellent written English
