Learning & Development Coordinator

Time Commitment: 15 - 20 hours p/Week - Minimum commitment of 6 months

Reports to: People & Culture Manager

Start Date: July 2026


Summary:


As the Learning & Development Coordinator you will be responsible of the entire development process, from holding supervisors accountable for the development discussions as well as gathering and acting upon the feedback received.  You are also expected to coordinate and develop trainings for the Team Members according to their needs.  


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Handle the Development Process. 

  • Gather and act on the received Feedback. 

  • Develop training for the Team members. 

  • Access Team needs training wise. 

  • Coordinate the Trainings. 

  • Have contact hours with CMs

  • Following the minimum performance guidelines (MPGs). To be consulted internally with the position's supervisor.


Requirements:


  • Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).

  • Organized and goal oriented profile.

  • Experience working/studying Learning & Development.

  • Willingness to work with a personal computer.

  • Must engage in regular direct contact with the community.
