Inbound Recruitment Coordinator

Department: People and Culture

Reports to: People and Culture Manager

Time Commitment:  Minimum of 6 months - 20-25 hours p/ week - hybrid

Start date: As soon as possible


Summary:


The Inbound Recruitment Coordinator manages candidates who apply to the Lisbon Project. This role ensures a smooth, humane, and well-organised recruitment process, from application to placement, supporting the mission and day-to-day needs of the organisation.




Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Screen applications and CVs for volunteer and staff roles.

  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.

  • Manage job postings and recruitment inboxes.

  • Ensure clear, timely communication with candidates.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and basic metrics.

  • Support onboarding handover with relevant teams.

  • Work in alignment with the recruitment OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). Check internally with the P&C Manager.



Requirements:


  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working with diverse, multicultural candidates.

  • Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).

  • Aligned with the mission and values of the Lisbon Project.

  • Must engage in regular direct contact with the community.
