Outbound recruitment Coordinator

Department: People and Culture

Reports to: People and Culture Manager

Commitment: 6 months - 20-25 hours p/ week - hybrid

Start Date: As soon as possible


Summary:


The Outbound Recruitment Coordinator focuses on proactively finding and engaging potential candidates and volunteers who have not applied directly. This role strengthens the Lisbon Project’s talent pipeline, especially for priority and hard-to-fill roles.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Proactively source potential candidates and volunteers through networks and platforms

  • Conduct personalised outreach and initial engagement

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing needs

  • Collaborate with People and Culture and program leads on recruitment priorities

  • Share insights from outreach to improve recruitment strategy

  • Aligned work with the inbound recruiter

  • Availability to organise team events at the LP with the P&C team

  • Work in alignment with the recruitment OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). Check internally with the P&C Manager.



Requirements:


  • Bilingual skills (Portuguese and English).

  • Confident communicator with a relational approach.

  • Comfortable with proactive outreach and networking.

  • Organised and able to track candidate pipelines.

  • Passionate about mission-driven work and community building.

  • Willingness to participate in the community events.

  • Must engage in regular direct contact with the community.
