Summary:
The Lisbon Project is a non-profit organization that exists to empower and integrate the lives of migrants and refugees in the city of Lisbon. The mission of the People and Culture (P&C) Department is to ensure that anyone who integrates our team will know: “You are valued!”
We are looking for a dynamic individual to become an integral part of our People & Culture Department, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our team's processes and helping develop new ones!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting with administrative processes (i.e. ,Data management, document creation)
Aiding with the management of internal communications between the People & Culture
Updating internal resources in order to keep team members informed (i.e. , Documents, Websites)
Assisting the People & Culture Department in organizing and executing engagement events.
Identifying gaps and inefficiencies in the People & Culture processes to help develop the department further.
Requirements
Fluent in English.
Willingness to work with your own personal computer.
Experience in administrative work or ease of working with data management.
Cultural awareness and ability to interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
