Reports to: People and Culture Manager
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Time Commitment: Minimum of 6 months - 20-25 hours p/ week - hybrid
Start date: As soon as possible

As part of our people and culture team you will be playing a vital part in supporting our team members integration as we foster the mission and culture of the Lisbon Project.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the People and Culture Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
Assist in maintaining intern and volunteer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Help prepare reports and presentations related to people and culture initiatives, recruitment metrics, and house activities.
Act as a point of contact with other departments, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
Assist in communicating organizational policies, updates, and events to all team members.
Requirements:
Fluent in English
Cultural awareness and ability to interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Willingness to work with your own personal computer.
Strong organisational skills and ability to follow deadlines.
