Reports to:  People & Culture Director; People & House Manager

Start Date: As soon as possible


Summary:


The Lisbon Project is a non-profit organization that exists to empower and integrate the lives of migrants and refugees in the city of Lisbon. The mission of the People and Culture (P&C) Department is to ensure that anyone who integrates our team will know: “You are valued!”


We are looking for a dynamic individual to become an integral part of our People & Culture Department, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our team's processes and helping develop new ones!


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Assisting with administrative processes (i.e. ,Data management, document creation)

  • Aiding with the management of internal communications between the People & Culture

  • Updating internal resources in order to keep team members informed (i.e. , Documents, Websites)

  • Assisting the People & Culture Department in organizing and executing engagement events.

  • Identifying gaps and inefficiencies in the People & Culture processes to help develop the department further.


Requirements


  • Fluent in English. 

  • Willingness to work with your own personal computer. 

  • Experience in administrative work or ease of working with data management.

  • Cultural awareness and ability to interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
